The Math/Stat Program is excited to invite you to a topic review session this weekend for Math 1A on selected topics from chapter 4! It will take place on Sunday 04/03 from 4pm to 6:30pm on Zoom, with a Q&A afterward.


This review will be broken into 4 sections, with a 10 minute break in between, and a Q&A at the end. You are encouraged to attend all four sessions, or just go to the ones that you find would be most helpful for your studying. Hope to see you there!

Happy week 3 of classes, Golden Bears! The Math/Stat Program has launched hybrid Drop-In Tutoring services! Drop-In Tutoring is a collaborative space, both online and in-person, designed to encourage students to work with tutors and each other on problem sets, concepts, theory, or anything else related to the material in their courses.

Build your leadership skills and deepen your connection to the Cal community by creating a Democratic Education at Cal (DeCal) course! Through the DeCal program, Cal students just like you propose and facilitate unit-bearing courses on topics they are passionate about, while adding over 300 classes to Cal's curriculum each year.

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our application for the Summer 2020 Research Associate Program: Junior Transfer Series!

Hosted through our newly launched Discovery Program, this opportunity provides a group of intellectually curious junior transfer students with eight weeks of full-time support to pursue original research. Accepted scholars will gain membership in a tight-knit learning community with personalized research mentorship and writing coaching.

Chávez Student Center to get ahead on homework, tackle a problem set with classmates, or read in-between classes! Our new building hours are Mondays - Thursdays 9 AM - 6 PM AND Fridays 9 AM - 4 PM. Happy week 3 of classes, Golden Bears! The Math/Stat Program has launched hybrid Drop-In Tutoring services! Drop-In Tutoring is a collaborative space, both online and in-person, designed to encourage students to work with tutors and each other on problem sets, concepts, theory, or anything else related to the material in their courses.

Build your leadership skills and deepen your connection to the Cal community by creating a Democratic Education at Cal (DeCal) course! Through the DeCal program, Cal students just like you propose and facilitate unit-bearing courses on topics they are passionate about, while adding over 300 classes to Cal's curriculum each year.

The SLC Undergraduate Course Facilitator Training & Resources program is seeking enthusiastic highly motivated student leaders who are committed to the vision of Democratic Education at Cal and fellow student facilitators. As a Peer Coordinator, you will provide campus-mandated training for first-time facilitators as well as consultation services for ongoing DeCal facilitators.
